My father facing Blood Pressure issue from 5 months and 3 days ago he felt in morning at home, when he is going to drop his daughter then me and my brother take him to the hospital and ECG and BP is normal but Dr said everything thing is ok but sometimes everything is not clear in ECG then they write 2 test Echo and trailmil test etc
looks like normal echo to me

echo is normal, however, he might need a 24 hour holter monitor to check his heart rhythm as sometimes abnormal heart rate can be missed on a single ECG. did he get any other blood tests like cbc, fasting blood sugar etc ?
