Talk to Hypertension Specialist on HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

My mother is suffering from high blood pressure episodes. Sometimes her BP suddenly shoots up to around 190/100, and during these episodes her heartbeat becomes very fast and abnormal. She also experiences severe pain on the left side of her arm and body, headache, heaviness in the head, and sometimes she is unable to speak properly or her tongue seems to slip while talking.

Her ECG and ECHO were reported as normal. Last time, her heart rate on HMT ranged around 92/min, 84/min, 73–74/min. She is also overweight (around 112 kg). An ultrasound previously showed hepatic steatosis and recti divarication. This time, the doctor did not repeat the ultrasound and used the previous report instead.

The doctor prescribed 4 injections for fat reduction, but I am confused whether all these symptoms are only due to obesity and fat issues, or if there could still be some heart-related problem. I am especially worried because of the left-sided pain and sudden BP spikes, even though the heart tests appear normal.
