Talk to Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Specialist on Chest Pain

I had a sharp chest pain on the left on Friday in the evening around 1800 HRS PST. The pain was sharp but not shotting in any of the left or right limbs. It subsided in 10 seconds or so. I immediately, did the usual checks like checking my face for any deformity with and without smile, tried speech, limbs movement and walking, I wasn't unconscious and felt no pressure in the check during that brief moment of pain and wasn't obviously wheezing or so. After that stint of chest pain, the aftermath emerged. It included twitching in the left hand thumb. The twitching wasn't wild but was noticeable. Also, along with twitching, I felt stiffness on the inside of my left upper arm and a pointy stiffness and mild pain in left shoulder joint right at the top of the joint. I talked to my uncle, who happens to be a doctor and he advised Thiolax and Mabil tablets once daily in the morning for 7 days.
