Talk to Pediatric Dentist on A Tiny Hard Round Moveable Lump In Cheek With Bleeding Gums

My son is 4 years old.

HISTORY: - 3 days ago: High fever + stopped eating + multiple pus-filled white/yellow sores in mouth and on tongue. - Developed a lump under jaw. Hard but movable, less than marble size. - Difficulty chewing and swallowing.

TREATMENT SO FAR: - Saw pediatrician 3 days ago. Started Klue/Amoxicillin+Clavulanate antibiotic. - After 1 days of antibiotic: Fever is gone. He is active and eating soft foods. - Now day 3 refusing to drink milk in feeder, but taking soft foods.

CURRENT CONCERN: - Since yesterday - Day 3 of antibiotic - gums became swollen and started bleeding - Pus sores are better but still present - Lump still there - hard, movable, less than marble size, not stuck

QUESTIONS: 1. Is bleeding gums on day 3 of Klue normal or do we need to change medicine? 2. Is this type of lump expected with mouth infection? 3. Do we need pediatric dentist or any blood tests? 4. Why is he refusing milk
