upper 2 teeths and 3rd teeth getting broken from edges as he is on mother feed and no candies or chocolate or sugar intake . as new teeth come after 1 week start broken from edges. any solution. i consulted a dentist but he says new will come in age 7. but what to do now for 7 years

Aoa. It is common in children on breast feed as well as bottle feed. Try and clean his teeth. With a clean cloth or a soft brush. And make it a habit of cleaning his teeth. Milk has sugar in it.

As the mineral content of the baby teeth are minimal and mother feeding produce acidic environment that's why they are at high risk of having such issue.
I would recommend you to limitize night time feeding duration and after every milk and food intake gently wipe the child gums and teeth with gauze and use tooth brush twice even if a single tooth present in the mouth this will help to reduce the risk of further caries.
