My 3-year-old daughter is experiencing difficulties while walking, sitting on the bed, and riding a bike, among other activities. She struggles to sit and walk properly. When she is walking or sitting, she cannot maintain a steady expression on her face; instead, she tends to shrink her entire body. During these moments, her eyes tend to move upward. Although her memory is quite good, we are concerned about her current condition. Therefore, I kindly request recommendations for a qualified doctor who can comprehend this situation. We have conducted a Brain CT Scan, and the results were normal.
