Talk to Pediatric Dentist on Milk Molar And Premolar Have Cavities

My daughters all four sides molar and premolar have big cavities . What could be option to restore her teeth so that she could eat easily till her teeth fall off. Pulpotomy of her two molar have been done but she is unable to eat safely from tha side. I am thinking to go for crown option. Will tou able to do that?
