Talk to Colorectal Surgeon on Pelvic Floor Disorder

I've been dealing with a disorder in my pelvic floor region for almost a year. A doctor examined and tried to diagnose, but he couldn't identify it. I myself did some research and found out that Anismus (dyssynergic defecation) is what I've been dealing with. This is a functional disorder where pelvic floor and anal sphincter muscles fail to coordinate, tightening instead of relaxing during defecation.

Doctors in my region are not trustworthy enough. Can anyone suggest what I should do? I can travel to Multan or nearby cities if there are any trustworthy physicians.
