I am Zain Ul Abidin. I'm glad with the consultation process, easy to get the chance and detailed plan for adopting good and healthy lifestyle. I Consulted with Dr. Aqsa, told her regarding my weight problem she gave a link asked for necessary information. I filled that form and get my initial diet plan within two days. I started regularly 10 days ago and at that time my weight was 98 and yesterday I checked my weight, quite happy to see results 94.6.
