Mujhy taang ky nichly hissay m boht khichaao mehsoos hota tha zada dair khari nhi ho skti thi,uss ky ilawa muscle cramps ka boht issue tha.Dr. Sidra sy m ny 10 days ka session lia or ab Allah ka shukar hay m bilkul thek hn, ek e session m unho ny meri neck ka msla b hal kardia ,neck or shoulder m bhi boht khichaao rehta tha. Highly recommended
