I had sever back pain after delivery and i consult dr maida ilyas for this , as she is specialized in women health physical therapy. she toke my problem very seriously and treat me with full of her attention. She told me about the correct posture and how to handle the baby while feeding, my problem went way within 2 weeks and i am feeling so relaxed and satisfied.
