Marham - Refunds & Exchange Policy:


  • All refunds will be credited directly into the patient’s Marham Wallet in the Marham App.
  • Patients will receive the full refund amount in their Wallet.
  • Wallet credits can be used for any future consultations, appointments, or services on the Marham platform.
  • Refunds will no longer be processed through bank accounts, credit cards, or cash, except in the case of double or wrong payments (see Section 4).
  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
    • Example: For an 8:00 PM appointment, cancellation must be requested by or before 6:00 PM
  • If the cancellation request is received after the consultation time has started, the request will not be entertained.
  • Valid cancellations will be refunded to the patient’s Marham Wallet.

Refund requests will not be entertained in the following cases:

  • The patient is not satisfied with the doctor after the consultation.
  • The patient was unavailable at the time of the appointment.
  • The patient behaved inappropriately or rudely with the doctor during the consultation.
  • Refund requests are made after 48 hours of payment.
  • The patient does not provide adequate payment evidence or account details for verification.
  • Payments against bills or services already received will not be refunded.
  • In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, the patient must provide valid evidence of the extra transaction(s).
  • Such cases will be verified.
  • Upon approval, the excess payment will be refunded via bank transfer (IBAN), Easy Paisa, or JazzCash.
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Send evidence of payment on which date of transfer is mentioned.
  • Send evidence on which account number, from which you have transferred payment, is written.
  • You have to provide your IBAN (PK 00 BankCode 00000000000), Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash Account Number otherwise payment will be transfer to an account that is written in the payment evidence you provided.
  • In case of payment made by any Credit Card, the patient needs to provide his IBAN (PK 00 BankCode 00000000000), Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash Account Number, it will not be refunded in Credit Card.
  • Refunds will be processed within 48 working hours after verification of payment evidence.
  • Marham will not be responsible for delays caused by the patient’s bank, payment gateway, or service provider.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the competent courts at Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Any disputes shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Marham under the Arbitration Act, 1940. The venue of arbitration shall be Lahore.
  • All online payment details entered through Marham’s payment gateway are encrypted and secure.
  • Marham shall not be held liable for any negligence on the part of the Customer in protecting their payment information.
  • Marham reserves the right to revise or amend this Refund & Exchange Policy from time to time. The updated version will always be available on our website and app.
