میں مختلف قسم کے جذباتی مسائل سے دوچار تھی۔ او سی ڈی سے لے کر اینزائٹی تک۔اور کتنی بے شمار چیزیں جو مجھے ڈاکٹر صاحبہ کے ساتھ بات کر کے جن کا ادراک ہوا۔۔ میرا ایک نظریہ تھا کہ تھیراپی کچھ نہیں ہوتا اس چیز کو میری ان تھیراپسٹ غلط ثابت کیا اور میں قائل ہو گئی کہ تھیراپی کام کرتی ہے۔۔ بہت اچھے طریقے سے ڈیل کرتیں ہیں وقت دیتیں ہیں ۔ اور مکمل فالو اپ رکھتیں ہیں میری طرف سے 10/10 ہے۔ بہت دعائیں میری اپنی ان تھیراپسٹ کے لیے
