I Feel Like Have No Energy And Always Tired

AOA my name is Ali hyder, Sir i am looking forward to diagnose my disease which has not been recovered since many months i consulted several times from several physicians doctors one of suggested to have some tests and found just deficiency in Vit -D, doctor consulted just INDROPS Ampules to intake once in a week.i used it 04 in a months but result is the same as was before despite that all medications and diet, and exercises etc, ... Sir my problem is intact since last ramazan. i feel like i have zero energy in my body always tried without doing any task even though i have a office work job and also have not much as hard, i feel like if i walk i gonna faint and my musculus deny to walk any more, Feeling tired all the time is a major one. ... Simple exercise becomes like dinging a mountain or walking short distances, climbing stairs become more difficult.i can not perform any task actively, i am so much anxious about this, please help me out to diagnose it well as i become energized
