AOA my name is Ali hyder, Sir i am looking forward to diagnose my disease which has not been recovered since many months i consulted several times from several physicians doctors one of suggested to have some tests and found just deficiency in Vit -D, doctor consulted just INDROPS Ampules to intake once in a week.i used it 04 in a months but result is the same as was before despite that all medications and diet, and exercises etc, ... Sir my problem is intact since last ramazan. i feel like i have zero energy in my body always tried without doing any task even though i have a office work job and also have not much as hard, i feel like if i walk i gonna faint and my musculus deny to walk any more, Feeling tired all the time is a major one. ... Simple exercise becomes like dinging a mountain or walking short distances, climbing stairs become more difficult.i can not perform any task actively, i am so much anxious about this, please help me out to diagnose it well as i become energized
Aoa. What about your sugar levels. Cpk levels. Electrolyte levels. Calcium and magnesium.levels. an ESR and a CRP . If you havent done it. Please do them to find more insight. Also send your height weight and picture .
Also do your latest Vit D level and serem TSH level .you still seems to have vit D deficiency

yes mam, i think i have the same problem inshallah i will test again, but during the treatment i compliance what so ever been suggested by the doctor as well as took sunlight 30 mints daily but condition is intact,

like kharash in throat fever around 99.feel vv cold 4/5 blanket updown . just open gas heater also pain in body I used Panadol and levofloxacin feeling thirsty kindly recommend further advise

Sir i did not get above mentioned test which are been earlier prescribed but before i got fewer tests e,g (HB, Lpd profile ,urea, uric acid, Vit-D) based on reports results i have been suggested to intake multivitamins alongwith Indrops-D and later on been suggested to add Vit-D tablets now this time i am taking Multivitamins and vit -D tablets only,but result is same,

How is ur sleep? What about ur weight.....Whether ur weight is increasing ,decreasing or the same..?

Sir i sleep well Alhamdulillah and almost from 12 to 6 AM and my weight is 79 kg almost increased from last year from 74 kg to 79 kg with in a year,

Free T4 and serum TSH from a standard lab like shaukat Khanam or chugtai lab.
Then post me.

Ws, Ali Haider i am very sorry to hear about your low energy and health. i have seen your results and the complaint that u have. Did u take Indrop D injections with fatty foods or with water? Did u take some calcium with it ? Have you done any liver and kidney function tests ? Before this one year we’re you perfectly alright ? Any associated weight loss or weight gain ? or lumps in the body ? Fast racing of the heart, Bleeding from any part of the body ? Any discolouration of the skin ? Joint pains ? I ll need to know about all these things in order to dig more into the cause of ur tiredness.
