So I had been suffering with a severe back pain which would travel all the way down to the posterior compartment of thigh and it would be so severe that two tablets of panadol wouldn't do any good and I had been unable to sleep during many nights. I got multiple checkups by orthopedic surgeons, well known rheumatologists and neurologists. As some of them advised me surgery of my SI joint (sacroiliac) or some would prescribe me heavy doses of pain killers which would make me so dizzy and weak during days. After a year of a bad struggle I came to know about Dr aqeel at shifa hospital Islamabad who is now workingat Ali ahmad physiocare jinah super Islamabad. I had a session with him during which he performed a very simple physical therapy which would make me so relieved and within the period of one month and after following the exercises he prescribed me I realized that I'm 90% recovered and pain-free. Today I'm doing my daily weight training workouts and 2kms jogging. Thanks to this modern field of Pain management and physiotherapy. Highly recommended.
