I am satisfied with the doctor.
I have disease of Addiction. That is how I got to meet the counselor (Ms. Saira) who literally changed my life 180 degrees. Drugs were just a part of the problem, the real problem was my addictive personality and due to that my issues were also extremely severe. Extremely Low Self-Esteem, Anger, Shame, Guilt, Hopelessness, Spiritual Bankruptcy, Isolation, Severed Relations, etc. These are some of the major issue I faced which needed proper attention and there were many other issues that needed taken care of. Today I can easily say I am blessed to have found a counselor who not only knew the solutions to my problems but who is also compassionate, empathetic, sincere, who never judged me, competent and most of all caring. Who knows how to handle my situations and helped me in all my major/minor issues. Always available for whatever issue I may have. If not for Ms. Saira I would've still been lost. Thanks to her I have found myself and I really like what I found.

I have been going to psychiatrists and psychologist for a long time All of them had bookish knowledge of addiction but lacked empathy and compassion which i finally found in Mam Saira. As a Cardiologist I was a bit skeptical in the beginning about her knowledge and expertise but with each passing day during my treatment she proved me wrong. She was not only able to help me teach the tools to boost up my self esteem but deeply addressed my core issues which led me to a vicious cycle of addiction in the first place. Today if i am more than one year clean and sober then Mam Saira is a big part of that journey. I have never seen any psychologist who treat addicts with so much respect not because of professional obligation but as a human being. May ALLAH bless her with long blissful life so that many more hopeless and lifeless addicts can come back to a Serene and beautiful life of Recovery. AMEEN
