Its my 6 session Of weight loss journey and I really enjoyed my overall sessions with my Dietitian Dr. Nauman a lot and really appreciate the knowledge he has and the help he gave me to look at things in a more healthy way. He also made me realize that meals don't need to be complicated and difficult, it really can be fast and easy.

Losing the extra weight, I am able to move around better, more flexible, stopped snoring and my blood pressure went back to normal. I feel great, I look better, my clothes fit better. Went from size 10 to size 6. Best thing I have done for myself and self esteem / health. Thankyou Dr.Rd Muhammad Nauman Nazir. Highly Recommeded.??
