Dr. Fariha Sahrish is a Lahore-based Consultant Histopathologist practices through Marham.pk. 

Dr. Fariha Sahrish has been in the diagnostic field for the past 8 years in various public and private sector institutions and has worked with national and internationally trained consultant Histopathologists.

Dr. Fariha Sahrish offers FNAC consultation for patients with breast lumps, Cervical masses/enlarged Lymph nodes, and Goiters (Suspicious for malignancy). Apart from that she is an expert in grossing of varied surgical pathology specimens i.e., mastectomy, wide local excisions,  and routine surgical specimens i.e., appendectomy, hysterectomy, and cholecystectomy.

As a consultant Histopathologist, I render my clinical services as a diagnostic practitioner. My basic diagnostic work rotates around Grossing and microscopic evaluation of different specimens. As a diagnostic practitioner, I receive different specimens for both benign and malignant surgical resection cases. Currently, I do imply the College of American Pathologists for reporting malignant cases.

As a consultant Histopathologist, I render my clinical services as a diagnostic practitioner. My basic diagnostic work rotates around.
Grossing and microscopic reporting of benign and malignant surgical pathology cases implying CAP protocol for reporting malignant cases,
FNAC Consultations, evaluating the lumps of patients myself, correlating with Consultant Radiologists, and performing the adequacy of patients to save the patient from the burden of extra visits.
Cytological evaluation of different fluids i.e., ascitic fluid, pleural fluid, PAP smears, and CSF.
Reporting of Frozen sections intraoperatively in the adequately equipped clinicopathological setting.

Qualifications: MBBS from University of Health Sciences, Lahore and FCPS from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, Karachi

Experience: 8 years of experience in this field.
