I was a bit mentally disturbed due to the actions of my mother who is mentally ill. She called us to the supreme court just to prove a point. I and my family have been in constant turmoil. This psychotherapy is proving useful to my mental health and I'm gradually getting better.

I started seeing Ms Arshma Shahzad on recommendation of a friend. I desperately needed help at that time and I felt relieved after my first session with her. After that, I continued to see her and had around 10 sessions over a period of one year. I am a changed person now and don't need to see a psychologist anymore. She is a very good listener.
