My name is Muneer Hashmat and Dr. Sumaira Fazal has been my therapist for more than a year now and from that experience, I am obliged to say that her skill of mingling professional psychotherapy and sublime friendly behavior with a patient is beyond exceptional. I was suffering from a lot of psychological disorders like an uncontrollable habit of self talking, social withdrawal and a lot of anxiety and depression making it real hard for me to even carry on with my normal daily normal routine. But since I started my online therapy sessions with Sumaira ma'am, things have changed quite admiringly. She's very interactive and sublimely friendly. First she assessed my entire medical history and my current situation very carefully and then started the therapy by walking me through daily cognitive activities and behavioral analysis worksheets which I found astonishingly effective. Slowly, she made my habit of self talking and social withdrawal completely go away which almost seemed impossible at one time. And she helped me a lot with my anxiety and depression with not only professional psychotherapy, but also with long, friendly and insightful logical sessions making me self assess and repair my disorders without any medications. So as a long established patient of hers, I'd say she is a perfect psychotherapist in all regards.
