I booked a consultation with this doctor for a specific time, and although he did answer my call through the app, he asked me to wait for an hour because he was with other patients. I understand that doctors can sometimes run behind schedule, but asking a patient to wait an additional hour after the scheduled consultation time is extremely unprofessional, especially without providing a clear alternative. It has now been over an hour and I am still waiting for the consultation. What is particularly disappointing is that the app charges you in advance, yet there seems to be very little accountability when the service is not delivered at the agreed time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking a consultation with this doctor or using this app. Patients’ time should be respected, particularly when payment has already been taken upfront.
