Being IT and software system analyst.. I see this app in future can really going to bring revolution.. especially in cases where physical apperance is not very much required. app certainly need many basic features that are missing. the paynent process and first time joining was also not smooth. for IT person it was ok but for lay man and old generation it can be techy.
