salam I am 28 years of age. my problem is that I feel weak all the time, excessively tired and fatigued. It related to my poor eating habits, whatever I eat I feel it doesn't gives me energy. I feel hunger only for 5 to 10 minutes if I eat meal except this time period I feel its not beneficial. my sleep is disturbed. I am losing my scalp hairs due to my nutritional inadequacy. my personal life is affected as well.
