my son is 6 years old and has hb 7.1 he is also very lean. the doctor is my area has suggested moltofer syrup one spoon daily and lederplex one spoon daily. is it enough to increase hb or something more to be done like blood or iron drip. he feels hunger and also pass stools two to three times daily. is it something related to his motility of intestines or something else plz guide
