Talk to Bariatric Surgeon on Erection Problem And Underweight

Salam all doctors, My problem is very very personal like I feel ashamed to ask, With great courage I came in to share my problem here to get solution until my age of 27 I was perfectly fine soon after getting into anxiety issue I came in to problem maintaining erection during intercourse my erection is not hard as it was before i was fit and fine to maintain my erection now a days I also came into notice the girth of penile is also decreased do not know why but i loose erection during intercouse and premature ejaculation is also a problem with my when i use delay condoms my penis got numb and then i cannot even gain erection I do not know why i am unable to get and maintain hard erection i am really upset with this is there any way I can be as fine fit like before ? can anyone help me out i am really very much ashamed of this now and unable to go to doctor i feel everyone will laugh on me because I am underweight slim skinny :-(
