i am 28 years old, my height is 4.9, my weight 105 kg. because of heavy weight my always pain in my lower back. maximum fat on my belly and hips. For that's why my sex life is very disturbed. Sex drive is hard during sex, and after 30 to 40 minutes, it becomes soft and discharges quickly, these are all problem. Please suggest me Good treatment and medicine.
