Talk to Bariatric Surgeon on Short Height

A good Friend of mine is 5.8" in height.. He asked me to ask to some doctor confidentialy that if he can increase his height two or three inches more.. He is 26 years old now ... Not married ... Want to get e-4 inches increased... Like wana become 6feet ... Is it possible? And how many months will it takes? Tell me how do he meet a good doctor to get some good result giving medication.
