I have been following a keto diet for the last 3 weeks and still continue. Alhamdo lillah lost 5 Kg. My diet plan as following:

Lunch: 125 gm chicken keema cooked in olive oil. Salad of 1 tomato, 1 cucumber and 1 peech
03:00 PM: green tea
Dinner: same as lunch, Before going to bed I take isbagol with hot water
Excerices and Sleep: 20 minutes running with abs home based workouts before dinner. sleep at 9 PM and wake up early

first of all keto diet is not healthy option, you'll regain your weight once got back to previous diet pattern.
