Salams, if pain is in that area Jahan laga tha, please check for any lumps or abnormality. If all ok still preferable to get checked by a breast surgeon and do an ultrasound of breast. If all is ok use topical pain killer gel like Voltral or fastum gel and any good pain killer tablet like Diclo SR once daily. Oil massage karein and sports bra use karein, cold compresses kar skti.
