Few cyst found in both side what should I do .they are painful and not gone even after periods
You should have an X-ray mammogram of both breasts. These cysts are innocent, and you should not worry about them. Regarding breast pain, you should consult a Breast Surgeon for a detailed evaluation and management.

Clinical indication: Left breast mastalgia.
Procedure details: Craniocaudal and mediolateral oblique projections of both breasts were obtained. Additional axillary tail views of right breast were also obtained.
Comparison: No prior mammogram available for comparison.
Findings: Extremely dense breast parenchyma is noted bilaterally. Few scattered foci of benign micro and coarse calcification are noted in both breast. No spiculated mass lesion, pleomorphic calcifications or architectural distortion noted. No evidence of skin thickening or nipple retraction. Benign-appearing lymph nodes are noted in the axilla bilaterally.
Conclusion: - Extremely dense breast parenchyma reduces the sensitivity of mammogram. - Benign calcifications are noted in both breast. Both breast: BI-RADS CATEGORY-0: Needs additional imaging evaluation.
