My father is in septecimia, has Lower respiratory tract infection, pre renal eskimia, diabetes, arthritis, heart rejection fraction 25-30%, is in state of uremic incalphothopathy, post op of total hip replacement after fumer neck fracture.l need help from a general physician or a medicine specialist will be great if a doctor is willing to visit him here at Faisalabad institute if Cardiology.(i will pay the respected renumeration for the visit) Serum urea 141 serum creatinine 3.1 (fluctuate between 3and5). also have electrolyte imbalance due to ckd.
