Both bariatric surgery and semaglutide help with weight loss, but the choice depends on your body condition. Semaglutide is a medicine that helps control appetite and can reduce 10–15% weight if used regularly with diet and exercise. Bariatric surgery gives faster and more long-term results but is only advised if your BMI is very high or you have health problems like diabetes. It’s better to first try semaglutide under a doctor’s supervision along with a healthy diet and regular activity.
Semaglutide is better then going for bariatric surgery! But must take good diet for healthy nutrients as well.
Did you take help from any expert in losing weight naturally? In such cases, I first focus on fixing on your metabolic health so that weight doesn’t come back again. First your metabolic health is fine then natural weight loss becomes easier.
weight regain after pregnancy is common. Before considering bariatric surgery, let’s focus on a sustainable plan: balanced meals with portion control, regular physical activity.. bariatric surgery can be a safe and effective option. but in my opinion , you should take help for natural weight loss. GOOD LUCK ??
Hello! I completely understand your concern post-pregnancy weight gain is quite common and losing it sustainably can be challenging due to hormonal, metabolic changes. Since you’ve already lost some weight through diet and exercise (which means your body can respond well), I’d suggest first addressing your metabolic health before considering medical or surgical interventions.
Weight regain after pregnancy is common and can be managed with the right approach. Before considering semaglutide or surgery, it’s best to check for hormonal or metabolic issues. Semaglutide can help reduce appetite when combined with a healthy diet, while surgery is an option if BMI is very high or other methods fail. Let’s first focus on a personalized, sustainable meal and lifestyle plan.
What's your current weight
weight gain is common after and during pregnancy but it can be lost easily and sustainably with the right approach. Firstly you should have to monitor your routine, any metabolic sign and symptoms most importantly your digestion 70% of your immune system and metabolism is dependent on your gut. I've helped many people. If you'll be finding any issues let me know
My honest opinion is that opting for surgery or semaglutide is not the right option due to their side affects. As i am a consultant dietician in my hospital a lot of employees has used semaglutide and it is causing memory loss as well as dementia. On the other hand going for bariatric surgery also consist of negative affects such as ( infections, blood loss, as well as loss of immunity). The best solution is that going for caloric defecit and your diet plan should be mentioned in grams. The quantity of grams will tell you how much calories are you consuming. Percentage of carbs, protein and fats should me mentioned and you should know that how much percentage of these macronutrients consist of how many caloires .
Agr diet chorengi tou surgery aur semaglutide k baad bhi barh jayega. Surgery k aur boht nuqsanat hote hain. Please khud ko aur maslo mai matt dalein exercise walk karein aur normal ghar ka khana khaye sabzi ka zada istemal karein sugar na lein oil kum istemal

You need to try a calorie-counted healthy weight loss diet plan… most of the time fancy diets don't work and just an easy healthy diet plan according to your body along with a simple walk works well…
Both semaglutide and bariatric surgery can help with weight loss, but the right choice depends on your BMI and health status.
If your BMI is below 35 and you don’t have major health issues, start with medical weight management using semaglutide under a doctor’s supervision, along with a balanced diet and exercise plan. It’s less invasive and often effective when used consistently.
If your BMI is above 40 or you have obesity-related conditions (like diabetes or hypertension), bariatric surgery may offer more lasting results but requires lifelong diet and lifestyle changes.
Since your baby is 2 years old, try a structured diet plan and medical checkup (thyroid, insulin levels) before deciding.

Without knowing complete history it is not possible to suggest any treatment.
you need to take complete and balanced meal balancing all food group with combination of caloric deficit and workout to burn more calories, as per WHO guideline the healthy weight reduction is 4 kg per month , diet and exercise combo must be best not any surgery and semaglutide rn
