Salam, Sir, As per MRI report, I have a complex fistula, spline shaped 7.6cm which Doctors from Al-Nafees Hospital, say will take long treatment procedure more than 6 weeks threaded surgery. Adding new thread each 10th day with 3day hospital admission per treatment.
But they're not sure this will be fully cured and it can worsen.
