asslamualaikum, First visit k baad b aisy swelling or pain ho, Tu iska mtlb Hy k abi proper vessels remove nhi hui ,after 2md visit theek ho jaiy ga
visit your dentist for follow up.may recoment some antibiotic & re cleaning roots.
re visit your dentist he will open it again to let the infection drain out
revisit your dentist & get the treatment done completely,take prescribed medicines & follow instructions as adviced.

RCT k 1st visit k bd 90% pain and swelling khatam ho jati hai . agr apki swelling khatam nhi hoe it means Apne Sahi doctor Ka intekhab nhi Kia .1st visit mei hi daant ki nerve Nikal di jati hai Usk bd swelling Ka rehna possible hi nhi hai . I suggest k ap Kisi or dentist ko dikha dein ya ussi dentist k Pas phir se jaen may be wo 2nd visit mei Sahi se treat Kar lein. agr apko chahe Tu mere pas visit Kar lein . I ll check your case .

agar first visit k basd b swelling hai to hosakta hai vessels puri tarah remove na hui hon 2nd visit mein theek hojaega dr apko antibiotics b sath prescribe karenge.

It’s fine. Sometimes it does happen in some cases. That is why RCT has three visit. You are still in process of getting your treatment, it’s not completely done yet. Just re visit your dentist who have started it and continue your antibiotics if your dentist have prescribed any.
visit dentist for next step of rct. swelling not common but happens in few cases.
