Do Braces Change Your Lips and Make Them Look smaller or bigger?
Dear patient, braces does not directly change shape of the lip but orthodontic treatment does influence their position which sometimes make them less or more prominent. Which can be fixed by designing facial profile during orthodontic treatment.
braces doesn't change the lips or alter there size. it's only bcz of the change in the position of teeth during braces treatment that u might feel the change in lips.. nothing to worry

Actually its the perception. More like illusion. Not specifically lips but overall. Teeth dimensions can change the look of your face smile etc.
Yes it adds volume to teeth and in turns push the soft tissues slightly outwards but not too noticeable
