Asslamu Alaikum , i have serious bad breath challenge ,i brush regularly but after 10-15 minutes Mouth smells badly ,saliva on teeth and tongue gets severe bad smell ,so when i speak ,others gets embarrassed, i am helpless on this ,visited ENT ,dENTIST ,Gastric Docotrs but no improvement Please help on this

due to gum disorders. Otjer reasons may include dry mouth, mouth breathing
specially during sleep, diabetes, intake of some other medicines and some
