Salam Sir/Madam I have got black dots on the outer part of my grinding teeth which look like a cavity or tooth decay. One or two months ago a small part of my affected tooth broke but it didn't hurt. The dotted teeth haven't hurt since they showed up. Also, I have got stains on my teeth as well despite brushing regularly. May be that's due to improper heigene in earlier years I must admit that. Please help me out on what to do as i dont want a teeth extraction or stuff i want to reverse them and clean them up through natural and medical treatments. Would be grateful if you suggest any measures for that.

then it can be resolved by filling only. but if you delay that it will lead to root canal treatment and cap which will definitely increased then cost of treatment. so visit nearby dentist asap
