asslamualaikum, u need to visit clinic for check-up, if u have stains on teeth then Scaling would be advise and if u have caries spot then filling should be done

black spots can be present due to calculus(tartar) or due to cavities you need to visit a dentist for proper consultation and treatment.
It's either staining mainly due to extrinsic reasons ( tea, coffee, tobacco)
they will go away with scaling and polishing.
or they are carious leisons. that will need evaluation .
simple it could b clean with polish easily ... visit any dentist near by u... if peshawar based so u can get appointment.
go to your nearest dental clinic for consultation.if it's stain it will remove from scaling or polishing.
