u need scaling n polishing if this is staining other filling
it can be removed from scaling
don't recommend any gov hospital but any private clinic and private hospital is good. also charges vary

asslamualaikum, u need to visit clinic for check-up, if u have stains on teeth then Scaling would be advise and if u have caries spot then filling should be done

It's either staining mainly due to extrinsic reasons ( tea, coffee, tobacco)
they will go away with scaling and polishing.
or they are carious leisons. that will need evaluation .
