I have swollen gums and they bleed when i brush my teeth. Tell me what to do plz.

dont worry most probably you need scaling but for comfirmation you have to visit because detail examination is required
Visit nearby dentist so the procedure after the examination should be carried out, in the mean time use soft tooth brush to clean your teeth
use parodontax toothpaste with soft brush and visit the dentist as these are the signs of gingivitis and you may need scaling or deep cleaning of your gums and teeth
These is sign and symptoms of infectious gums due to food deposition.. u need to consult your dentist for scaling..for temporary relief use.. T/P paradontax before sleep and after breakfast
There could be several reasons for bleeding gums, and removing the causative factor is the main key in treatment.
1st and most common is a plaque that can harden on tooth surfaces to form a stone that can cause inflammation of your gums and they bleed while brushing. 2nd in case you do not see visible plaque and calculus it might be in your gums (subgingival).
the best treatment you can get for such bleeding gums is Scaling. while for good home treatment I recommend using a very soft bristle brush (boil water and put your toothbrush in that hot water for 5 minutes and then use it for brushing) Parodontax is a highly recommended toothpaste for bleeding gums. along with that do saline rinses, Sodium is very effective in reducing swelling.

Go for scaling - atleast brush twice a day use bamboo brush then use waxed floss and clean inter dental areas and use mouth wash once a day ! Modify your diet consume vitamin c and green tea - either use paradontax or crest toothpaste and mouthwash for bleeding gums
