My gums bleed oftenly. I have been facing this problem for last few years
u need scaling

Get a proper scaling and maintain oral hygiene with paradontax tooth paste and use enziclor mouthwash once in a week. Do gentle brushing with soft arises due to gum inflammation.

Most probably there is yellowish calculus deposites on ur lower teeth at lingual sides. I need more details. I think u should visit to dental clinic for scalling of ur teeth.
Scaling is what you need + at home you can use soft bristle brush for brushing along with saline rinses that is: in slightly warm water add a pinch of salt and rinse your mouth with it at least 4-5 times a day.
but scaling is the real solution.
scaling and proper tooth brushing is the main solution. you should also use calcium rich diet food .
visit the dentist & have proper checkup & evaluation. you might be needing a dental treatment like scaling & polishing.
Can't tell anything here until or unless i see condition of your gums and teeth. But bleeding sometimes occur because of calculus and poor oral hygiene for that u can get scaling done from nearest dentist. Follow good oral hygiene and proper brushing with soft brush don't do it vigorously. Use Hi-salz toothpaste for 1 month

That indicates that there is gum disease going on which can have multiple causes. The thing which can easily be taken care of is getting your teeth professionally cleaned/scaled. I recommend my patients to get it done at least once a year for lifetime. All the self help and self cleaning tips and tricks will work much better after getting scaling done. This disease can progress to periodontal disease which will make your teeth fall off eventually. Regards
Make sure you use a soft bristle brush. Do not brush your teeth harshly. Brush your gums as well along with the teeth. Visit a dentist to make sure if there is any need for scaling.
