AOA From the last 3 4 months Bleeding Occurs From my Gums .. Please Describe It Is it the deficiency Of any Nutrient ?

It could be due to an underlying problem( deficiency) or secondary to your brushing habits that might be traumatic.
vit c deficiency usually can be the cause.

Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. Take vitamin C. Take like oranges, sweet potatoes, red peppers and carrots. Take vitamin K. For this take spinach , kale and mustard green. Take few carbohydrates. Take green tea. And rinse with salt water. Take good care of your oral hygiene and take any good quality mouth wash.
