rite now at age of 12 you just need to have initial consultation with the dentist to look for dental condition plus oral hygiene.
you are rite Orthodontist is the right doc.
but its bit too early as ur daughters jaw is still growing plus need to c her teeth condition .
I would recommend you take her to general dentist/orthodontist which ever you want .
I can tell u in Islamabad but in Rawalpindi I m not too sure.
cost varies from case to case depending upon the defect /deformity/malalignment of teeth.
