Hi! I need a suggestion My upper front teeth are forward also jaw . One orthodontist said that i have to extract two upper teeths and if required 2 lower also. I have a small chin i don't want to extract teeth. Because i want to improve my jaw also if i extract teeth the jaw decrese more. Note : i have little spaces in upper teeths so 20 to 30% of my teeth can be push back. So my question is can we make more 20 to 30% space by IPR method and the rest we can move lower jaw forward as well. In simple words i want to push the front teeth backword and also the lower jaw forward is this possible. Also explain the treatment time and cost as well. Thanks in advance

Best treatment plan can be made by an orthodontist as they are specialised in such field’ also by clinical and radiographic analysis. I think you should trust your orthodontist and the process, also the discuss the possible outcomes with him/her. And for the treatment time, it depends on age and many other factors.
