Assalmualikum. This is a cavity. Looks like it needs root canal treatment. But can be confirmed after xray

Please visit the clinic for proper evaluation. Need to check it clinically. Either root canal or extraction as the cavity seems deep.
Rct or extraction. Get its xray and proper evaluation by dentist.
More than 50% tooth is broken..long term poor prognosis.. sadly u need extraction

Here is the better pic. This is how it looks. It happened 2 years back for the first time. Since then its breaking away from time to time without any pain.
get an x-ray done, afterwards it can confirm for root canal or extraction. sometimes with less structure a post and core is also possible followed by crown.

proper evaluation of tooth is necessary.X ray should be done.According to extent of caries whether it will be repaired by doing root canal.Or extraction of tooth is indicated.
Make an appointment and visit dental clinic Based on clinical and radiological examination means on xray evaluation it will be decided whether u need root canal treatment for ths tooth or extraction but u must go and see ur dentist

Please get a periapical x-ray done for further evaluation. If the lesion is near your roots and tooth structure can be saved, you can opt for a root canal and crown. However, if there is less tooth structure and root canal can't be supported, then extraction.
