My sister a broken tooth on the top (as shown in the picture), what treatment will I need it and how much will it cost? Thanks

Take x ray asess the root if root is ok go for RCT +Post +core +Crown and if root is not supportive then Extraction and bridge or implant
Aoa. Broken tooth can be treated with aesthetic filling that matches with the tooth color. The lateral incisor next to broken tooth needs to be replaced either with fixed bridge or Dental implant. Thanks.
First of all we’ll have to evaluate if the tooth is completely missing or there is some portion of it left in the gum. We can do this by the help of a radiograph. Afterwards, there are several options for replacement but definitive option can only be selected after examination of the patient and assessing the intra-oral findings.
Need to take an xray to evalueate the remaining tooth structure than it can be saved or extraced and replaced according to the findings and ur need ...
After Evaluating Periapical Xray RCT will Be Done and then Endo post Crown will Build Up and Finally Crown will be Placed
Aoa. According to picture, remaining tooth after fracture is too small to build a full tooth over it. Anyway, it needs an xray to decide whether to have root Canal treatment or not. Then it will be decided to build this tooth or to involve next for a proper rehabilitation. Contact MARHAM for further information.

Your front half broken tooth will be built up by composite filling which is laser filling in common language .
Now the next tooth which is completely broken needs a xray evaluation then the treatment options are Core built up (but thats not going to stay longer ) .
Alternative options are maryland bridge, or Implant .
Cost for saving this tooth could range from 20k to on your decision of treatment modality .
Cost of front tooth filling will be around 7k .
And one thing i like to mention is that your are having severe gum disease which is called gingivitis in our language and this needs a curretage cleaning by dentist as soon .
As you xan see tge gums are totally distorted and swollen , leaving them like this leads to poor oral hygiene ..bad breath..abundance of bacteria and gum recession .
So i would suggest u to go for scaling as well costing around 8k.
