Kindly X-ray krwaen. Aksar danton m keerha do danton k darmiyan laga hota hy jiska pata nahi chalta. Jald treatment krwana behtr hy. Agr late hua treatment tou Root canal treatment krwana parhta hy aur phir crown bhi. Kaam lamba aur expensive hojye ga. Don't ignore.
there may b fracture of tooth. zor dene ki wja se apk tooth main fracture ho gya ho. ya phir there might b cavity. properly checkup karane se pta chale ga. ap checkup karwaen tu hi proper treatment bta sakte hain.

may be crack ya fracture hogaya ho AP k teeth my .... I need your x-rays atleast 2 or 3 different angulations se and clear clinical pic of that tooth or agy pechy k teeth ki b ....
