Kafi sare reasons hote hain bad smell ke. Un mein se aik ka taluq mun me maujood essi cheez se hota he jiske lie dentist ke pas se safai krwana zaruri he. Uske ilawa maide ki waja se bhi mumkin he. Aik dafa dentist ko dikha kr mashwara zarur krlen. Toothpaste akele ispe kaam nahi kregi. Hope this helps!
clean your tongue and cheeks along with teeth. Use any tooth paste paste with freshner in it like colgate max fresh , close up etc. don't use medicated toothpaste like blend sensodyne without dentist recommmandation. Visit to your nearest nearest dentist at least twice a year for your dental checkup
