I am in hill area and can't visit any dr for 3-5 days atleast.
meri darh mn dard hy (Keery ki waja se gal chuki hy oper se) or uske around swelling ho rahi hy light - moderate (feel karny mn thori sakht hy).
please koi painkiller + ye swelling k liye medicine recommend kardain. thankyou

Take Tablet brufen 400mg twice a day.
and capsule amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day. take care of your oral hygiene. rinse regularly after eating meal. brush twice a day with a good toothpaste. don't eat from this side until you visit a dentist.

Amoxil 500mg 1-0-1, flagy 400mg 1-0-1, synflex 550mg 1-0-1. You have to take these tablets twice a day for 3 days also neem garam pani me namak dal ke gargles karen din me 2 se 3 dafa and you will get some relief. And visit your dentist ASAP.
For swelling take Denzen DS twice a day for 3 days
Swelling means, infection is severe. Start antibiotic course for 3 days at least. Then get it checked.
