Aoa. Did you complete the medicines your dentist advised? If so, please visit again and ask him/her.
Aoa, take a painkiller twice a day , do rinses with slight warm saline 4 to 5 times on daily basis, and visit to your dentist for much better plan , he will put a gel into the site from where your tooth had been removed, it will relief you fastly.
are you a known patient of diabetes (sugar), please get yourself checked. do you feel some sharp edge/projection in the extraction area, if so you have to see your doctor again. there can be some more reasons for your problem but for evaluation and treatment, you have to consult your doctor
